Hailing from the picturesque city of Hangzhou in China, famous for its West Lake and lush tea fields, this restaurant brings the flavours of Zhejiang province right to our sunny island. Whether you're craving hearty braised meats or delicate seafood dishes, LONGJING promises a culinary journey that's both traditional and innovative.

LONGJING Restaurant originated in Hangzhou, where it has built a reputation for blending local Zhejiang traditions with modern culinary twists. It's a well-established brand in China, and now it's making waves here in Singapore with its first outlet at Suntec City Mall. You'll find it at #01-384, 3 Temasek Boulevard, Singapore 038983, conveniently located on the Convention Centre side, right next to H&M and the Uniqlo Atrium. The restaurant opened its doors in late August 2025, just in time to captivate locals and tourists alike with its stunning ambiance.



Speaking of ambiance, LONGJING has been dubbed the "most beautiful Chinese restaurant" in Singapore, and for good reason. Step inside, and you're transported to a serene Jiangnan garden. Think calm water town vibes inspired by Hangzhou, complete with soft guzheng music playing in the background. The decor is polished and contemporary, creating an inviting space that's perfect for family gatherings, date nights, or even business lunches. It's open daily from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, though there's a short break from 2 PM to 5 PM until September 7, 2025. What sets LONGJING apart is its commitment to authentic Zhejiang flavours while keeping things fresh with seasonal inspirations. They've partnered with Chef Master Yu Bin, who brings experience from Michelin and Black Pearl-starred kitchens, ensuring every dish is crafted with precision and passion.

- Longjing Roast Chicken (龙井烤鸡) - SGD $23.80: This is a must-order! The chicken boasts crisp, golden skin and tender, juicy meat infused with a subtle tea perfume. It's a nod to Zhejiang's tea heritage and delivers that perfect balance of flavours.


- Dong Po Pork (东坡肉) - SGD $16.80: Slow-braised to perfection, this pork has a caramel sheen and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Served over rice with a rich soy-based sauce, it's savoury without being overly sweet or oily, classic Hangzhou comfort food.


- Vermicelli Wrapped Shrimps (粉丝裹虾) - SGD $18.80: Arriving sizzling hot, these bouncy shrimps are wrapped in fine vermicelli and bursting with garlicky aroma. It's a fun, interactive dish that's as delicious as it is fragrant.

For lighter starters, try the Hangzhou Eggplant with Sweet Peppers (三色杭茄) - SGD $9.80, a cold appetizer with eggplant topped with colorful pepper pastes for a sweet and mildly spicy kick. Or the legendary Sister Song’s Fish Broth (宋嫂鱼羹) - SGD $5.80, a thick soup with tender fish flakes, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and a hint of vinegar, dating back to the Southern Song dynasty.


Don't skip dessert! The Ice Cream Leifeng Pagoda (西湖雷峰塔) - SGD $4.80 is an Instagrammable treat shaped like Hangzhou's famous pagoda, with creamy ice cream and a green tea sauce.
